Jon Fink

Jon's background includes over 20 years of successful territory development and project management experience including an extensive background in business development and relationship management in multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate. Jon is very active in the Apartment Association of Kansas City. He currently serves as Past President of the Supplier Partner Board, as well as actively serving on several AAKC committees. Jon was also selected to sit on the NAA DE&I committee for 2023. He is a CAS designate through the National Apartment Association, obtained the LEAD designation and is a graduate of the Lyceum Program.

Jon is a National Account Manager for Chadwell Supply. A leading MRO supplier to the Multi-Family Industry. His territory is KC & St. Louis.

Jon feels his strengths are building strong, fair relationships while going above and beyond for his clients.

He is a native to Minnesota where he grew up loving sports and the outdoors. He really has a struggle when Minnesota and KC sports teams play each other. In his spare time, he can be found hunting, fishing, or hiking. But he mostly enjoys spending time on his boat with his wife Farrah, 8-year old daughter Madelyn and his dog Grace.
