• Wall and trim same color .35 cents per square foot 800 square ft and under
• Wall and trim same color .40 cents per square foot 800 per square foot and up.
• Wall and trim different colors .65 cents per square foot.
• Wall and trim the same color vaulted ceilings 75 cents per square foot
• Wall and trim different colors vaulted ceilings $1.00 per square foot.
• 1 accent wall with 9 foot ceilings and less than 70 square foot $70
• Vaulted accent walls (over 9 feet tall). $140
• Vaulted ceilings .55 cents per square foot.
• Ceilings less than 9 feet .27 cents per square foot
• Full color change is twice the base cost ( this is also surfaces that need to be primed prior to painting)
• Cabinet boxes $220 kitchen/bathroom vanity one coat no doors. Additional coating or primer $110
• Units with at least one walk-in closet and 5 or more interior doors its .65 per square foot for the base rate which includes all closets and doors.
• Those who pay .75 per square foot or $1.00 per square foot all closets and doors are included
