Josh Slamin

Josh serves as the Account Executive for the Midwest Region for Remedi8, focusing on developing and cultivating customer relationships within Remedi8's Non-Healthcare vertical. Josh is committed to assisting clients with their compliance needs, providing solutions for passive fire and life safety. By supplying preventative maintenance and inspections to facilities, Josh ensures that facilities maintain operational fire protection apparatuses to protect their communities.

Remedi8 was formed in 2023 as a combination of Fire Door Solutions, Barrier Compliance Services and Prevent Life Safety Services. Since its inception, Remedi8 has been committed to saving lives and protecting property by helping clients achieve 100% Life Safety Compliance. Remedi8 operates nationally and functions as a one stop shop for Passive Life Safety Compliance, offering clients customized procedures to Inspect, Repair, Re-Label and formally Report on key Life Safety issues around Fire Doors, Fire Dampers and Fire Barriers.

Josh lives in the Overland Park Area with his wife, Sandra and their 3 cats with his first child on the way. He is an avid rock climber and outdoorsman and he is excited to support the mission of the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC) and be a resource for the community.
