Kendall Appleton

Kendall Appleton is the Operations & Marketing Director at The Outdoor Services, a fast-growing Kansas City-based company specializing in lawn care, irrigation, landscaping, and seasonal outdoor services. With over 10 years of experience in property management, Kendall brings a unique, client-focused perspective to her role—understanding firsthand what property managers need when it comes to reliable service, excellent communication, and a polished final product.

In her current role, Kendall oversees daily operations, team development, and marketing strategy while ensuring that every client interaction reflects the company’s commitment to quality and integrity. She and her husband, Blake, work closely with property owners and managers to create customized service packages that align with each property's needs and budget—helping them maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction year-round.

Outside of business, Kendall is deeply rooted in church leadership and ministry, where she invests in developing others, building strong communities, and leading with purpose. She brings that same heart for service and excellence into every aspect of her professional life.
