Michelle Evans

Michelle Evans is sales associate with Apartments.com, the nation’s most comprehensive online rental marketplace. With strong experience in marketing and property management, she loves working with clients to bring them advertising solutions fit for their community’s need. She previously worked for ForRent.com and for 7 years in onsite management, specializing in the lease up of new apartment communities.

Michelle has been involved with the AAKC since 2006 and has CAM, CAS, and Lyceum designations. She currently sits on the Supplier Partner Board and enjoys serving on the Community Outreach committee for Synergy Services and Care Packages. Michelle was honored in December 2023 with the President’s Award for Supplier Partner Member of the Year.

Michelle grew up in small town Kansas, graduated from Kansas State University, and now lives in Olathe, KS with her husband, 3 children, and Australian Shepard, Daisy. When she’s not working or chasing children around, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
