MO KAN Midwest Property Services was founded 2/3/23. One of our first large accounts was a huge low income problematic apartment complex. In the last two and a half years I have been working on building trust with the residents, and making it a safer place for their kids to play outside. Residents are able to call me directly to request extra patrolling or report an issue. All calls are kept confidential. This complex is stickered weekly with a 72 hr. notice of vehicle violations. Residents can call me directly to resolve vehicle violations or provide documentation that they are working to get their violation resolved and request an extension. There has been significant improvement with this complex. The parking lot is cleaned up, crime is down, and it's safer for the kids to play outside.
