Naveen Moinuddin

Diagnostic medical sonographer and the co-founder of Nivi’s Minis, a Kansas City–based bespoke snack cart known for bringing interactive food experiences to corporate, community, and private events.

Naveen designs and curates made-to-order experiences featuring mini pancakes, soft serve, hot cocoa, bubble waffle sticks, and elotes as distinct services, each tailored to the theme and aesthetic of every event.

Her role spans creative design, client coordination, and event personalization, ensuring every setup reflects her signature mix of warmth, style, and hospitality. Under her co-leadership, Nivi’s Minis has collaborated with major brands including Burns&McDonnell, EY, CBIZ, Sporting KC and many more organizations across Kansas City, delivering memorable, photo-worthy moments that blend taste, presentation, and experience.
