Our Founder & CEO, John R. Bradford, III, started PetScreening in 2017 based on his personal ideology that pit bulls, german shepherds, rottweilers and other guard-dog breeds are not necessarily dangerous just because of their breed. He believed that every pet and its owner, together, represented a bigger picture, painted by specific data that could be shared with landlords, property managers, and businesses to make better pet-related decisions. He is a professional property manager with a demonstrated history of solving business problems for the property management industry and is also involved in state government. He is the founder of two different companies, Park Avenue Properties and PetScreening, which were both started from the ground up. PetScreening has been nationally recognized three years in a row as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. His vision was simple: to make the world more pet inclusive no matter where you live, work, play, or stay.
