HomeSmiles was founded in 2015, fulfilling a need for a one-click, one-call solution to perform annual preventive maintenance on residential and commercial properties. A nationwide company, it has become a preventive home maintenance leader, and has partnered with Berkshire Hathaway, Greystar and other organizations. My wife and I joined HomeSmiles to bring this concept to our hometown. With our backgrounds in operations management, healthcare and military service, we bring with us discipline, high standards and the personal concern that will benefit the customers we serve as well as our community.
With one call, our uniformed, well-trained crew will provide an 18-point service list or tailor services to meet the needs of any homeowner or commercial property, including pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, deionized window cleaning, gutter cleaning, HVAC filter changes, range hood filters cleaning, 3rd part smoke alarm checks/replacements, hot water heater flush, and more. When the job is done, we provide a report documenting everything, with before and after pictures, giving our customers the peace of mind that every task has been completed, documented and is in compliance.
