Scotty Knight serves as National Director with The Liberty Group, where he leads strategic growth and operational performance across multiple markets nationwide. With more than seven years of progressive leadership within the organization, including roles as Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager, Scotty brings a comprehensive understanding of multifamily staffing and onsite operations.

Prior to joining The Liberty Group, Scotty built his foundation in the industry with Camden Property Trust and Apartments.com, gaining valuable experience in property operations and multifamily marketing. This diverse background allows him to approach workforce challenges with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset, helping clients improve property performance through effective staffing strategies.

Scotty is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering strong partnerships with ownership groups and management companies. He is actively involved in apartment associations across the country, where he contributes his expertise to support industry education, collaboration, and growth.
