Shannon began her career in the Kansas City property services industry through a formal high school work release program, working alongside her father in the family business and gaining early hands on experience supporting multifamily properties. That foundation grew into a career spanning more than two decades helping lead client engagement and strategic growth for American Sweeping Inc.

In her role, Shannon supports properties across the Kansas City metro through concierge level parking lot cleaning and exterior surface maintenance programs designed to address dirt and rock buildup, winter salt and sand, construction track out, and ongoing exterior care that impacts safety and curb appeal.

Shannon also brings experience supporting high traffic environments and large scale events, including coordination of sanitation services, roll off waste solutions, and portable toilets, strengthening her ability to manage logistics, timelines, and service coordination across complex properties.

With deep local roots and a practical, hands-on background, Shannon values long term partnerships built on trust, clear communication, and dependable execution, helping properties maintain clean, safe, and well-presented communities.
