Will Wilder

I am the President and CEO of New Image Leasing, a furniture leasing company with locations in Kansas City and Denver. Our moto, "make any place feel like home," embodies our aspiration to provide high quality furnishings and impeccable service to all of our customers in the often stressful times associated with moving, temporary displacement or travel. Prior to this role, I was an operations and transformation leader at McKinsey and company specializing in change management. In that role, I helped map work to value creation, operational standardization and breaking down institutional barriers to change. Much of what I brought to that role came from my time as a infantry platoon commander in the Marine Corps, where I led platoons of up to 90 Marines and Sailors on deployments to Afghanistan and the western Pacific. I am married to a wonderful wife and we have an almost-1-year-old!
