Brandon Lutz

Brandon Lutz is a highly experienced leasing and property management professional with over 18 years in the industry. A dedicated member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City for 13 years, Brandon currently serves as the Leasing and Lifestyle Specialist at Oddo Property Management, where he has been a key contributor for more than a decade. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing new hire training and development, spearheading marketing initiatives, and providing multi-site support across the diverse communities within Oddo Property Management’s portfolio.

Brandon has been an active and engaged leader within the Apartment Association, serving on several important committees, including Communications, Next Gen, Professional Development and Education, and Trade Show. He currently contributes to the Crystal Merits and Community Linc Committees, helping to shape industry standards and drive professional growth across the sector.

A graduate of the prestigious Lyceum program, Brandon holds both the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and LEAD designations. He is also a certified instructor for the CALP program, where he shares his extensive knowledge and insights with emerging professionals. Brandon’s dedication to education, customer service, and community involvement has earned him multiple accolades, including being named Leasing Professional of the Year twice by the Apartment Association of Kansas City, as well as receiving the Rising Star Award from Oddo Development. Additionally, Brandon was recently named the Apartment Association of Kansas City's Property Management Volunteer of the Year Award in 2025.

Outside of his professional commitments, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, rooting for the Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs and catching some sun while relaxing by the pool.
