Brandon Lutz

Brandon Lutz is a highly experienced leasing and property management professional with over 17 years in the industry. A dedicated member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City for 12 years, Brandon currently serves as the Leasing and Lifestyle Specialist at Oddo Development, where he has been a key contributor for more than a decade. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing new hire training and development, spearheading marketing initiatives, and providing multi-site support across the diverse communities within Oddo Development’s portfolio.

Brandon has been an active and engaged leader within the Apartment Association, serving on several important committees, including Communications, Next Gen, and Trade Show. He currently contributes to the Crystal Merits and Professional Development & Education Committees, helping to shape industry standards and drive professional growth across the sector.

A graduate of the prestigious Lyceum program, Brandon holds both the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and LEAD designations. He is also a certified instructor for the CALP program, where he shares his extensive knowledge and insights with emerging professionals. Brandon’s dedication to education, customer service, and community involvement has earned him multiple accolades, including being named Leasing Professional of the Year twice by the Apartment Association of Kansas City, as well as receiving the Rising Star Award from Oddo Development.

Outside of his professional commitments, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well catching some sun while relaxing by the pool.
