Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Fall 2026 Classes

*Registration Deadline is August 21st at noon*

Please ensure this schedule works for you as you can only miss 1 module (Not a day) in order to complete the course and take the exam at the end.  If you miss more than 1 module, you will need to wait for the classes being offered again in the fall and make up the modules and take the exam at that time.

Orientation: September 3rd 1:00pm-3:00pm

Class Schedule:

September 10th: 9:00am-4:00pm

September 24th: 9:00am-4:00pm

September 30th: 9:00am-4:00pm

October 7th: 9:00am-5:00pm

October 14th: 9:00am-2:00pm

November 5th: 9:00am-4:30pm
