Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Fall 2025 Classes

*Registration deadline is August 22nd by 5:00 p.m.*

Please ensure this schedule works for you as you can only miss 1 module (Not a day) in order to complete the course and take the exam at the end.  If you miss more than 1 module, you will need to wait for the classes being offered again in the fall and make up the modules and take the exam at that time.

Orientation: September 3rd 1:00pm-3:00pm

Class Schedule:

September 18th: 9:00am-4:00pm

October 2nd: 9:00am-4:00pm

October 8th: 9:00am-4:00pm

October 15th: 9:00am-4:00pm

October 23rd: 9:00am-1:00pm

November 5th: 9:00am-4:30pm
