Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Complete resident service requests/work orders in a timely manner -Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs -Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins (make-ready process) -Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections -Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal standards -Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, monitoring chemical levels, testing water quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards -Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment -Assist with emergency maintenance calls and after-hours needs as required -Follow safety procedures and company policies -Communicate effectively with residents and team members -Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory

Qualifications: Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
