Job Description:
A Regional Manager oversees the performance and operations of multiple properties or locations within a designated market, ensuring teams meet goals related to occupancy, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance. This role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to onsite teams while driving operational consistency and business growth across the portfolio.
Educational Requirements:*
Bachelors degree preferred
Qualified Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of property management experience with multi-site supervision and leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, team development, resident relations, and Fair Housing compliance. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive occupancy and financial results, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
