What You'll Do: Be a Closer: Utilize your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to convert prospects into residents. Drive Traffic and Achieve Occupancy Goals: Implement sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic and consistently achieve budgeted occupancy. Create Value and Exceed Expectations: Anticipate prospective residents' needs, address their concerns, and showcase the unique advantages of our communities. Build Relationships: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, vendors, and team members, fostering a positive and engaging community environment. Master the Leasing Process: Conduct property tours, assist with applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure a smooth leasing experience. Utilize Technology: Effectively use property management software (Entrata preferred) to manage leads, track data, and streamline processes. Educational Requirements:*
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
