CAM Fall 2023 (Certified Apartment Manager)

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Fall 2023 Classes

The classes will be held as a crash course for the fall.  Most days will have multiple modules being taught.  Please ensure this schedule works for you as you can only miss 1 module (Not a day) in order to complete the course and take the exam at the end.  If you miss more than 1 module, you will need to wait for the classes being offered again in the spring and make up the modules and take the exam at that time.

Orientation Date: October 5th 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Notice orientation is the ONLY day it begins at 9:00 a.m.)

Class Dates: October 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, and 19th

Class Times: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Test Date: TBA

Cost: $750.00 Member, $1,500.00 Non-Member
