Job Description:*
A Multifamily Onsite Facilities Manager works to ensure maintenance upkeep for the properties. The job includes, but is not limited to, monitoring property conditions, identifying potential repairs and maintenance matters, and communicating with other team members concerning every phase of general maintenance. Multifamily Onsite Facilities Manager is a full-time (8a-5p M-F), in-person, hourly position. Travel within the KC Metro will be required
Educational Requirements:*
EPA/HVAC preferred
Qualified Skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Proficient ability to diagnose and assist with repair of major appliances, sheetrock, general carpentry, gutters, foundation/sidewalk repair, ice/snow removal, and pool care (if required by the property) • Basic or intermediate ability to diagnose and assist with repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required • Excellent sense of customer service, teamwork, problem solving, teamwork, and multitasking • Basic knowledge of phone applications • High attention to detail for processes of logging job details in real time
