Job Description:
• Hires, manages, trains, develops and ensures the success of the Resident Services Associate and Contact Center staff in all assigned markets to ensure residents receive the highest standards of customer service. • Hires, manages, trains, develops and ensures the success of the Resident Services Associate and Contact Center staff in all assigned markets to ensure residents receive the highest standards of customer service. • Manages all Resident Services Associate and Contact Center operations, including staff scheduling and performance management. • Ensures seamless, consistent communication, collaboration and follow-up efforts with construction, maintenance, design, and resident success teams to effectively serve residents. Support and laisse with Chicago Property Managers in the high-rise portfolio, including Regents Park. • Reviews open work orders and communicate with residents regarding status.• Supervises resident communications, including calls and emails, to ensure customer service and pre-leasing activities are consistent with the mac brand. • Works with unsatisfied customers and respond to internal surveys and public reviews. Investigate resident disturbances, violations and complaints and work with legal department to remedy in accordance with the RLTO. • Manages resident move-ins for each property. This includes preparing resident and mac maintenance for move-in, making fobs and distributing keys to residents and checking up on resident a day after the move-in. • Manages and coordinates special projects such as capital expenditures, life safety, a new service (e.g. RUBS) • Assists in maintaining contact with insurance carrier, fire protection, police department, city buildings department and our legal department ensuring code and regulation compliance with each individual agency or group. • Performs lease updates (parking, storage, pet, sublets, tenant changes) and early lease terminations. • Plans semi-annual resident events. • Supports sales team by directly working together to convert qualified lead opportunities into sales, including answering phone calls, emails, chat requests in regard to our available units to lease. • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
