Let’s talk about where you’d fit in: Worcester Communities is seeking a highly organized and reliable Social Media & Digital Engagement Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. If you are a methodical planner who excels at executing defined processes, maintaining consistency, and coordinating complex digital projects, you belong with us! As our Specialist, you will be the linchpin for our brand consistency and digital execution, ensuring every community page operates efficiently and aligns with strategy. What You'll Do: Content Scheduling & Publishing: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) while adhering strictly to brand guidelines and content calendars for multiple accounts. Platform Management: Systematically manage and maintain Meta accounts (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and ensure Google Business and Yelp pages are consistently updated and accurate. Reputation Coordination: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to enhance resident and prospect engagement and ensure consistent brand representation. Data & Reporting: Accurately track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, using data to inform and recommend strategy adjustments. Cross-Functional Support: Proactively collaborate with onsite teams and Operations Support to gather authentic community content and align digital efforts with leasing goals and business strategies. What You'll Bring: Exceptional Organizational & Project Management Skills: You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage projects to completion, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed correctly and on time. Focus on Quality & Accuracy: You demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in your work, monitoring quality and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Methodical Execution: You follow instructions, respond well to management direction, and are committed to meeting deadlines and keeping commitments, even when long hours are necessary. Analytical and Data-Driven: You possess an analytical mindset, are adept at interpreting performance data, and use these insights to make precise, data-driven decisions. Platform Proficiency: A strong understanding of major digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Business, Yelp) is required. Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills for clear, informative, and grammatically correct content. Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with Entrata, G-Suite, and Excel is highly preferred. 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred). Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
