Educational Requirements:*
High school diploma or GED required.
Qualified Skills
2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Resident Relations Manager or Property Manager in multi-family properties, with prior leasing experience. Proficiency in Yardi property management software; experience with other property management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work weekends.
